This surfactant electrode has to be used in combination with a reference electrode and is suitable, e.g., for:
- titration of anionic surfactants in aqueous matrices
- titration of cationic surfactants in aqueous matrices
This electrode shows an excellent response due to ionophores immobilized in the membrane.
