2060 RISE

An inline Raman spectroscopy sensor to elevate your process analysis

2060 RISE (Raman Intelligent SEnsor) is a high-tech Raman spectrometer designed for real-time monitoring of processes and assets. This Raman system quickly identifies materials, detects impurities, and tracks essential process details. This helps boost efficiency, maintain high-quality control, and reduce downtime.

2060 RISE is great for tracking chemical reactions and checking raw material quality, while also helping to protect stored items. This device provides Raman spectra insights, which support smart, data-driven decisions that improve operations.

  • Accommodates up to 16 sensors across four sampling areas with just one 2060 Human Interface
  • Provides results in less than 5 seconds
  • Available in an explosion-proof version for hazardous areas
  • Chemical-free operation for environmentally-friendly and cost-saving performance
  • Durable IP66 enclosure

Rise above with 2060 RISE

The 2060 RISE can handle any challenge with its powerful Raman spectroscopy capabilities.

It is easy to integrate into your processes with direct mounting to minimize downtime and speed up installation. Custom flanges and pipelines ensure a precise fit for any setup. Built for extreme conditions, the 2060 RISE operates in temperatures from -10 to 50 °C and can handle samples of up to 150 °C. Optional features, such as a purge system or a cooling device, add extra safety and performance in demanding environments.

Enhanced process control with Raman as PAT (Process Analytical Technology)

Process Analytical Technology (PAT) is a method to improve pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. It involves measuring critical factors to ensure the final product meets quality standards. Inline process analyzers, such as Raman spectroscopy analyzers, can quickly and accurately measure these factors without damaging the product.

The 2060 RISE process Raman analyzer provides real-time process data, helping you improve safety, quality, and efficiency. It tracks critical steps like reaction progress, polymer extrusion, fermentation, and mixing. This ensures smoother processes and superior product quality.

This Raman system checks raw materials and quickly finds impurities. It keeps each batch within quality standards and prevents costly problems. Additionally, it monitors stored chemicals to prevent degradation and support better inventory management. 2060 RISE helps improve every facet of your manufacturing process.

Engineered for longevity

The 2060 RISE is versatile and adaptable to various applications. Choose a general-purpose system (2060 RISE-GP) for standard conditions or a high-temperature one (2060 RISE-HT) for challenging environments.

With four configuration options, the 2060 RISE meets all requirements. It is built with durable materials, such as Stainless Steel 316 and other high-grade metals for strength and top performance. Customizable materials as Hastelloy or Titanium can be used to meet specific demands.

The sapphire window has a compression mechanism. This removes the need for seals or O-rings. As a result, it has a robust and nearly maintenance-free design.

Simplified control for complex systems

You can easily manage the 2060 RISE Raman system through the user-friendly 2060 Human Interface (HI). It is designed to require minimal training, even for users with limited technical skills. One 2060 HI can control up to four groups of 2060 RISE units, with each group able to support up to four units. This flexible system thus allows you to connect and manage up to 16 units in various setups.

Each group can be located up to 1 kilometer from the 2060 HI. This allows for great flexibility in system setup and process control at different locations.
