When something isn't right, Metrohm are here to support you.
Once you have received delivery of your Metrohm Process Analyser please send an email to service@metrohm.co.uk or call 01928 579 600 in order to arrange commissioning/installation
We will endeavour to install your analyser at the earliest possible date
If you have a preferred date for installation, we require at least 3 weeks’ notice
If you are experiencing any issues with your Metrohm Process Analyser please log a breakdown via service@metrohm.co.uk and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Remember to include the type of analyser you have, the serial number and a brief description of the issue you're having
Alternatively you can call us on 01928 579 600 and select the option 2 for the service department
