By entering the Metrohm Training Class Giveaway, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Metrohm USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3. Prize Description
Winners will receive complimentary access to a Metrohm training course. The prize covers the cost of the course only. Travel and expenses (T&E) are not included and must be covered by the participant or their organization.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
Multiple winners may be selected. Winners will be chosen at random and notified via email or phone within 10 business days following the close of the Giveaway. If a selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, Metrohm reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners grant Metrohm permission to use their name, likeness, and/or image for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
