Continuous Flow Analyser

The NexaFlo® series offers an advanced and automated segmented flow analysis solution for environmental, agricultural, food, beverage, tobacco, and industrial laboratories.

Testing is performed automatically, including integrated inline sample preparation. These systems streamline laboratory operations by automating complex and time-consuming sample preparation steps, such as:

  • Online distillation – Ammonia, phenol index, cyanides, volatile acidity, free and total SO₂ (wine)
  • Online digestion – Automated in-line digestion, including UV digestion, for simplified sample preparation.
  • Online extraction – Determination of MBAS surfactants (methylene blue active substances)

The systems also support a range of autosamplers to accommodate current and future laboratory requirements. Automatic startup and shutdown capabilities enable reliable unattended operation and overnight testing.

Flexible configurations allow the simultaneous operation of up to 14 independent analytical channels from a single workstation.
