Metrohm uses Microsoft Teams for online meetings and business collaboration. Depending on the use of the service, personal data such as name, email address, meeting metadata, chat messages, audio, video, shared content, and participant contributions may be processed.

Meetings may be recorded or transcribed for defined business purposes, such as documentation, training, or knowledge transfer. Participants are informed when recording or transcription is activated. Where required by applicable law, an appropriate legal basis or consent will be obtained.

Recordings and transcripts are stored within Metrohm's corporate Microsoft 365 environment and access is limited to authorized persons. Microsoft services are provided under applicable contractual data protection arrangements. Data is generally stored and processed within the EU/EFTA region, subject to applicable Microsoft data residency commitments. Recordings and transcripts are subject to Metrohm's applicable retention and deletion requirements and are retained only for as long as required for the relevant business purpose or applicable legal, contractual, or regulatory obligations.
