Product Management

Product Management is responsible for the success of our products throughout their product lifecycle. Product Management sets the product vision and priorities, translates customer needs into product development, and works closely with engineering and other teams to bring innovative solutions to life. The Product Management team also defines product lifecycle and service strategies and supports complex customer cases when needed.

Engineering

Smart and robust design is the key to Metrohm’s success, and our engineers work tirelessly to pursue this goal. This team consists of engineers from various disciplines; chemists, electronics, mechanics, and software developers, closely working together in a well equipped environment. They are responsible for the entire design process, from concept to final product. Each product can be customized to fit virtually every customer’s need, and our engineers make sure that every alteration is correctly implemented.

Operations

The Operations department oversees stock and supply. They make sure that stock is always up to date, both by ordering the right parts and by assembling in-house components. They are also responsible for the warehouse. Operations lays the groundwork for the final production process.

Projects & Export

Projects & Export oversees the entire order and production process. They accept custom orders and implement modifications. Metrohm accepts modifications down to the tiniest detail, which makes every order a new challenge. Export also supplies our colleagues across the world with the parts needed for service and maintenance.
