Dust filter (6.2724.010)
The dust filter on the rear of the instrument should undergo a visual inspection every month.
The filter must be replaced if it has become significantly discolored. Under normal air quality and an average instrument operation time, the dust filter should be replaced every 3 to 6 months.

Molecular sieve (6.2811.000)
The molecular sieve in the drying flask on the rear of the instrument should be regenerated or replaced regularly.
This interval is heavily based on the humidity in the laboratory and the instrument operating times. To regenerate the molecular sieve, it is heated in the drying oven at between 140 °C and 180 °C for 24 to 48 hours. At average operation and an average humidity, the molecular sieve should be regenerated every month.
