The i-Raman Duo is a dual-laser Raman system that captures a wide spectral range with one spectrometer and sampling probe. It uses a 1064 nm laser to measure the fingerprint region (100–2500 cm⁻¹), providing accurate chemical details while reducing fluorescence interference. Additionally, an 860 nm laser covers the stretch region (2500 - 4600 cm⁻¹), allowing detection of specific Raman signals associated with moisture levels and molecular structure.

Data from both lasers are collected sequentially and seamlessly combined in SpecSuite software for streamlined analysis. This broader spectral access improves discrimination and facilitates more reliable method development, making the i-Raman Duo ideal for applications in biomedical diagnostics, petrochemicals, biofuels, and agricultural analysis.
