The ProTrode dissolved oxygen (DO) sensor is an advanced optical dissolved oxygen (ODO) sensor that delivers accurate, real-time measurements utilizing state-of-the-art optical technology. Its durable construction enables compatibility with CIP (Clean-In-Place), SIP (Sterilize-In-Place), and autoclaving processes, making it well-suited for rigorous bioprocess environments. Continuous dissolved oxygen monitoring enables precise control of oxygen levels, thereby reducing variability, enhancing batch consistency, and supporting regulatory compliance while minimizing both downtime and maintenance requirements.

 The ProTrode DO is a low-maintenance inline dissolved oxygen sensor that delivers reliable measurements from 0 to 250% air saturation. Built to high hygienic standards, it is able to withstand CIP and SIP processes. Its PTFE-reinforced silicone membrane is easily replaceable, ensuring stable performance and minimal downtime.
