The OMNIS Peristaltic Pump Unit is used as the peristaltic pump in the OMNIS IC System to convey the samples and auxiliary solutions.
It works according to the displacement principle, i.e., liquids are forced through the pump tubing by external mechanical deformation of the pump tubing. The pump tubing is deformed by pressing it against a rotating roller head.
The two channels can be operated independently of each other at different speeds, increasing flexibility for a wide range of applications.
