Le 893 Professional Biodiesel Rancimat est un système d'analyses pour déterminer simplement et en toute sécurité la stabilité à l'oxydation du biodiesel (ester méthylique d'acide gras, EMAG) et des mélanges de biodiesel selon les normes EN 14112, EN 15751 et EN 16568. Avec 8 positions de mesure dans 2 blocs thermiques. L'écran intégré indique l'état de l'appareil et de chaque position de mesure. L'effort de nettoyage peut être réduit au minimum grâce à des récipients de réaction pratiques jetables et à des accessoires résistants au lave-vaisselle.
