What You'll Do
- Oversee qualification of inbound marketing leads and customer web inquiries
- Ensure accurate routing of qualified opportunities to appropriate sales personnel
- Support the team in identifying additional customer needs and expanding product/service opportunities
- Analyze sales metrics to identify strengths, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry, tracking, and documentation
- Implement best practices for CRM usage and sales process optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales to align campaign strategies and improve lead conversion
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Promote a customer-first mindset within the Inside Sales team
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Support Metrohm’s brand presence through team initiatives and customer engagement efforts
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, pipeline health, and key sales metrics
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
