Metrohm manufactured the first pH meter back in 1948. Not quite so long ago came the company's entry into the field of ion chromatography. Even more significant however are the accomplishments that have been achieved in the service of the user, given that nowadays anyone can carry out ion chromatography. This article describes the history of ion chromatography at Metrohm.
