Metrohm USA Training Course Terms and Conditions

The course pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars and payment in full is due upon course commencement. Enrollment in your desired training course(s) is not guaranteed until receipt of the registration form, the pre-course questionnaire (if applicable), and confirmed method of payment is received.

Attendee substitutions may be made at any time (call us first to determine if course is appropriate).

Metrohm USA Training Course Cancellation Policy

Metrohm USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change the venue of any course up to 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation or venue change, you will be notified by a Metrohm USA representative.

Travel arrangements should not be made more than 30 calendar days in advance. Metrohm USA is not responsible for expenses incurred (for example, non-refundable airline reservations) if the course is canceled or moved.

Weather Related Cancellation

In case of inclement weather, Metrohm USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course by 2:00 pm Eastern Time the Friday prior to the course start date. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred (for example, non-refundable airline reservations). If a customer arrives to the area in advance and the course is canceled by 2:00 pm Eastern time the Friday prior to the course start date, we are not responsible for expenses incurred.

Refund Policy

• For cancellations received 16+ business days prior to course date – 100% of the course price will be refunded.
• For cancellations received 10-15 business days prior to course date – a 50% credit which can be applied to another course of the customer’s choice will be given.
• For cancellations received fewer than 9 business days prior to course date, or for no-shows, no refund will be given.
