We'll review your CV and, ideally, your cover letter as well. If we see a match, we'll first conduct an online interview. If we're still interested, we'll invite you to our office. Once both parties have found each other, we'll make you a competitive offer.

From your first day, everything is ready for you, your laptop, workstation, system access, and a structured onboarding plan.

During your first week, you’ll meet your colleagues, get to know different departments, and receive training on our tools, processes, and systems while taking on your first small projects.

After your first month, an evaluation meeting will help review your progress, clarify your responsibilities, and set goals for the coming period. Given the specific nature of our products, it may take up to a year to fully master your role, and we’ll of course provide all necessary training and support along the way.
