Reporting to - Branch Manager – Service

Educational Qualifications

  • BE – EEE, ECE & E&I

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare, plan, schedule and carry out Installation & routine Preventive Maintenance activities to the full satisfaction of the Customer. 
  • Ensure that the field trip/tour is planned to cover jobs efficiently and effectively. Work with team spirit. 
  • Make sure that the Department is aware of the Engineer’s whereabouts and inform them about the updates regularly. 
  • Any commitments made to the Customer should be recorded and informed to the Department Head.
  • Diagnose and repair faults of company products at customers' premises to their complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain & file records of all activities carried out at Customer premises and get customer confirmation that the work was carried out to their satisfaction.
  • Train customers on the necessary product information, which might help them resolve minor problems and determine when a service visit is necessary.
  • Make customers aware of any new product developments to increase company sales.
  • Provide inputs about Customers’ (and self) suggestions, complaints and requirements to the Service Head or Branch Service Manager.
