Vacuum Furnaces
The vacuum furnace range offered by Carbolite Gero includes vacuum chamber furnaces, vacuum hood furnaces, bottom loading furnaces, laboratory vacuum furnaces, and vacuum tube furnaces.
The vacuum furnace range offered by Carbolite Gero includes vacuum chamber furnaces, vacuum hood furnaces, bottom loading furnaces, laboratory vacuum furnaces, and vacuum tube furnaces. Each furnace can be used with either a reactive gas or an inert gas. The majority of products in our vacuum furnace range are available with either metal, graphite, or ceramic insulation. On request, graphite models can be configured to safely operate at up to 3000°C.

Vacuum Chamber Furnaces
Inside the chamber, heating elements are positioned at the bottom, left, right, and top sides of the furnace chamber allowing for improved temperature uniformity. For larger volumes, the back wall and front are equipped with heating elements to maintain excellent temperature uniformity.
Vacuum Hood Furnaces
The hood furnaces generate the lowest achievable operation pressures. The highest purity gas atmosphere is attained due to the vacuum capability.
Vacuum Bottom Loader Furnaces
Bottom loader furnace systems are available, metallic materials (HTBL) and graphite (HTBL GR). The HTBL furnace based on metallic materials is equipped with one heating zone (mantle heater) made from tungsten or molybdenum. The HTBL GR has one heating zone made from graphite. The mantle heater is software controlled and provided with a controller and thermocouple dedicated for over-temperature protection.
Vacuum Laboratory Furnaces
Many applications require vacuum heat treatment, for example vacuum soldering and brazing, vacuum annealing, sintering etc. In general, a laboratory vacuum furnace is suitable for heat treatment in a defined, mostly non-oxidising, atmosphere.
Vacuum Tube Furnaces
A vacuum tube furnace belongs to the group of hot wall vacuum furnaces where the tube is heated from the outside by heating elements exposed to ambient air. Depending on the tube's material and size, the maximum temperature in vacuum varies.
