Nowadays, the automation of their analyses has become an important concern for many analysis laboratories. Automation in ion chromatography is now being expanded further with the Robotic Sample Processor. This opens up new opportunities for sample handling and inline sample preparation. This article describes the new possibilities for sample handling.
