Golden Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers who purchase the specified products (DRP-110-U75 Carbon SPEs) through authorized Metrohm Sales Organizations and distributors during the promotional period.
Employees of Metrohm, its subsidiaries, distributors, and family members are not eligible.
2. Prize description
The Golden Tickets entitle to receive a €1,000 monetary reward.
The Silver Tickets grant a discount of 10% for the next purchase of 110 SPEs. The discount only applies to orders of catalogue DRP-110-U75 screen-printed electrodes and does not apply to customized electrodes. The discount can be applied on orders up to 28th of February 2027.
The Bronze Tickets entitle the owner to order one free box of DRP-110-U75 screen-printed electrodes. They can only be exchanged with an order of electrodes placed up to 28th of February 2027.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products, discounts, or credit.
3. Redemption process
To claim any of the rewards, the winner must provide a picture of themselves/their team with the ticket and a picture of the ticket itself with the identifying code.
Metrohm reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the ticket and the associated product purchase.
4. Payment
Payment will be made via bank transfer to the winner’s account.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Metrohm is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Taxes and reporting
Any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to receiving the monetary prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Promotional period
Prize redemption must be submitted by 28th of February, 2027. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.
7. Verification and fraud prevention
Metrohm reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to validate the claim.
Any attempt to tamper with, reproduce, or manipulate tickets will result in disqualification.
8. Limitations
Metrohm is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.
Metrohm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if necessary (e.g., fraud, supply chain issues, or regulatory changes).
9. Data protection
The winners accept the use of their name, organization, and picture within the Metrohm promotional channels.
In accordance with the provisions of GDPR EU-2016/679, we inform you that personal data collected will be processed by METROHM DROPSENS, S.L.U. for communication with the winners related to this promotion or to legitimate interest, and for the sole purpose of sending communications about the prize, and will be retained for as long as none of the parties object. The data may be communicated to third parties under the protection of a European Commission decision. Likewise, you may file a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority.
10. Acceptance of terms
By participating in the promotion and/or claiming a prize, the winner agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
