The oxidation stability of fats, oils, fat-containing foods, cosmetics and biodiesel is measured with the Rancimat method. The measurement of the thermal stability of chlorinated polymers takes place with the PVC Thermomat method. Both methods are important modules in the quality control of the products listed above.
