Product Support Engineer (Johor Bahru)

• Installation, commissioning and training to customer on application of the instrument sold.
• Assists sales activities to meet sales company target.
• To prepare and follow up quotation on offered service package.
• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance job.
• Attend customer breakdown calls ensuring shortest turnaround time.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair to solve customer technical problems with excellent service for total customer satisfaction.
• To prepare service contracts, service and calibration reports.

• Degree in Chemistry
• Possess an analytical mind with a systematic approach in troubleshooting and solving problems.
• 1-2 years experience in dealing with scientific equipment.
• Independent and self-motivated with initiative and good communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and good teamwork spirit.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel.

Interview Process
After receiving a CV and if successful, candidates will be invited for a short initial face to face interview. A second interview with Senior management will follow for suitable candidates.
