Obtaining consistent, high quality results is a common challenge when implementing handheld Raman. Until recently, users were required to make measurements with proprietary data collection and analysis methods that cannot be customized for their individual samples. A new, method-driven approach to data collection and analysis gives the user full control over the method and aligns with most other analytical instruments in the lab. This approach leads to more reliable results because different samples can be measured with different analysis methods. Data integrity is also improved due to the ability to fully document collection and analysis parameters. Overall, a method-based approach ensures more accurate and dependable measurements.
