This is a horizontally mounted, multi-purpose spectroelectrochemical cell designed to be coupled with light sources and spectrometers (UV-Vis, NIR, IR) via optical fibers. It enables obtaining electrochemical and spectroscopic information from liquid sample or thin films in systems where variations in applied potential induce changes in observed spectra.

Applied collimating lenses
are curved optical lenses that enables parallel irradiation of the sample. Each lens is 5 mm in diameter, has focal length of 10 mm and wavelength range of 200-2000 nm. The cell consists of a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) flow chamber equipped with magnetic mount sample holder (a screw version is available on request), screw mount quartz window holder and two different mini tripods.

The cell is meant to be used with standard reference electrode having 6 mm in diameter and counter electrode either in the form of a rod or helix with 6 mm in diameter and 15 mm active length.
