Our maintenance contract is an all-inclusive contract.
It contains all the normal maintenance work described
in the Service Manual for the particular instrument.
Any repairs and spare parts which may be necessary will
be invoiced separately. As a proof that maintenance has
been carried out each instrument is provided with a sticker
on the rear panel which gives the date on which maintenance
was carried out and the date when the next maintenance
is due. You will also receive a copy of the maintenance
list signed by the service technician and himself/herself
as a further confirmation.
On request (and subject to a separate invoice) each
instrument can be provided with an individual calibration
certificate/maintenance protocol. The date on which maintenance
is to be carried out is set down in the contract. This
means that you yourself do not need to carry out any
target date monitoring required by your QA-system (ISO
9000, GLP, etc.).
Please ask your local Metrohm
distributor for the exact terms and conditions
for a maintenance contract.
