The 818 IC Pump has been specially optimized for ion chromatography.
The electronic controls of this latest generation of high-pressure pumps have
been completely reworked. The result: minimum residual pulsation with increased
precision and flow stability.
The compact and space-saving pump unit is compatible with the Metrohm
Advanced IC System and many other HPLC and IC systems.
The serial double-piston pump with two valves guarantees
top performance. The pressure is measured very precisely by piezoelectric means.
Starting up the pump (priming) takes place reliably and quickly. Particular
attention has been given to realizing long service intervals. It is possible
to enter upper and lower pressure limits in order to ensure the greatest degree
of safety for pressure-sensitive columns. The 818 IC Pump is completely remotely
controlled by the Metrodata
IC Net software, in which all system parameters
can be defined simply and clearly .
If the pump is to be controlled directly from the PC without
using the 830 IC Interface then the 6.2125.110 Cable is required for the connection
818 IC Pump - PC (25/9).
