The 813 Compact IC Autosampler is the smaller brother of the 838
Advanced IC Sample Processor. The compact size, very moderate price and excellent performance
are its outstanding features.
Automation helps to sink your running
costs. Automation also helps to improve the precision of your determinations
even further. Previously the initial automation step was frequently accompanied
by very high costs. This cost factor was also one of the reasons why many applications,
which could and should have been carried out with ion chromatography, were
often
done using other, less suitable methods. Metrohm has now put an end to this:
today every laboratory can afford an ion chromatograph.
Metrohm has now taken the second step by introducing a sample changer which
enables any ion chromatography system to be automated - with only a moderate
investment being required.
Some details of the new 813 Compact IC Autosampler: this sample changer can
- with the exception of the 792
Basic IC - be operated with any Metrohm ion chromatograph. It works hand
in hand with the 761 Compact
IC and the modular Metrohm IC
systems. Each sample solution can be injected up to three times. The sample
rack of the 813 Compact IC Autosampler has space for max. 36 samples. Polypropylene
sample tubes with a volume of 11 or 2.5 mL are available; these can be hermetically
sealed with a stopper. The built-in peristaltic pump transfers the sample to
the injection valve.
