Info Center - Privacy Notice

Please note that the use of the Info Center and the input of data related to it (name, address, e-mail address etc.) takes place at your own risk. The input of client data in the Info Center via public networks is unprotected, and this information can potentially be intercepted, read and tampered with by third parties. Metrohm does not accept any liability whatsoever for damages or losses resulting from the use of the Info Center. The client information provided by the client to Metrohm is gathered and stored by Metrohm. With this data, Metrohm shall have access to information concerning its customers and therefore can fulfill their needs in a better way. By providing the data in the Info Center the user accepts, that Metrohm is free to provide this data to its subsidiaries and to all persons or companies related to the distribution system of Metrohm (e.g. without limitation sole distributors). Subsidiaries and persons or companies related to the distributional system of Metrohm may be resident outside Switzerland. Therefore it is possible that the customer’s data of the Info Center is transferred abroad. The transfer of the customer’s data by Metrohm, its subsidiaries or persons or companies related to the distributional system of Metrohm to third parties is prohibited by law.
