The 815 Robotic Soliprep for LC is a complete system for the
completely automatic preparation of samples which need to be dissolved, homogenized, diluted or filtered prior to their determination. The samples are conveyed directly into the injector of the chromatograph after preparation.

815 Robotic Soliprep for LC
The 815 Robotic Soliprep for LC offers the possibility of dissolving, homogenizing, diluting and filtering solid samples quickly and conveniently. Up to 24 samples can be placed on the rack, to which then afterwards solvents can be added and the samples reduced. Solvents can can be added directly through the use of a Dosino. The reduction of the sample takes place with the Polytron 1300 D, the aggregate of which can be furnished either with or without protruding knives. During the following preparation steps, the polytron aggregate is cleaned in the external rinsing station.
After the homogenization, an aliquot of the sample is aspirated by means of a metal-free plastic needle and subsequently transported through a commercially available syringe filter (Luer connector) and the Luerconnector directly into the sample loop of the liquid chromatograph (LC). The Dosino used for the sample transport conveys the sample at uniform speed onto the filter, thus ensuring optimum filtration results. Plastic needles and filters are replaced for each sample and disposed of safely in the collection container after use. The control of this preparation system takes place completely by means of the proven and flexible MagIC Net™ or by means of the
tiamo™ titration software.
The Robotic Soliprep family is comprised of four packages that cover the different sample preparation steps. The core is always the 815 Robotic USB Sample Processor XL, which is equipped with the necessary accessories for sample preparation in accordance with the respective application and which can be optionally connected directly to an analysis system.
