2.850.2110 850 Professional IC Anion – MCS – Prep 1
	The 850 Professional IC Anion – MCS – Prep 1 is an intelligent ion chromatography system for determining anions with sequential suppression in combination with Metrohm Inline Sample Preparation techniques such as ultrafiltration or dialysis. It can be operated with various types of detection.

2.850.2110 850 Professional IC Anion – MCS – Prep 1

The 850 Professional IC Anion – MCS – Prep 1 can be used with or without sequential suppression. It contains automatic samples such as eluent degassing, IC high-pressure pump with intelligent pump head, pulsation absorber, six-way injection valve with Maltese cross drive, column thermostat for the cooling and heating of two iColumns and one external column position with second temperature range.

The device is equipped with the "MSM II" Metrohm Suppressor Module for chemical suppression and with the Metrohm "MCS" CO ₂ Suppressor for CO ₂ suppression. The combination of the two suppressors represents a sequential suppression and permits very sensitive analyses, thanks to the extremely low background conductivity.

Anions or cations can be determined with the instrument if it is operated without suppression.

In addition, a bidirectional two-channel peristaltic pump for sample preparation is located in the lower segment of the system. It also offers space for the installation of the dialysis or ultrafiltration cell. This means that the length of the capillary connections is minimized and the sample volume required is reduced.

The capillary connections are already pre-installed in the 850 Professional IC Anion – MCS – Prep 1.

MagIC Net™ software is required for the operation of the 850 Professional IC Anion – MCS – Prep 1.

The type of detection can be selected to suit. That is the reason why no detector is included in the scope of delivery.
