The highly efficient Robotic USB Sample Processor XL with one work station and two pump connections for automated handling of routine samples in large quantities and other complex laboratory automation tasks. The methods are programmed by means of the Touch Control unit or PC-controlled - either with the titration software tiamo™ or the chromatography software Magic Net™.

Increasing sample numbers and ever more complicated sample preparation steps have made the use of robots in analytical labs ever more indispensable. The Robotic Sample Processor family covers all basic operations in modern automation (uniform dosing, exact pipetting, complete liquid transfer, as well as perfect reproducibility when dosing throughout the range from 10 microlitres to 100 millilitres).

Robotic Sample Processor units were developed to provide the connected analysis instrument with maximum sample vessel numbers. A variety of sample racks is available for this purpose, also customized to fit your own sample vessel or application.

Thanks to the compact design even complex tasks can be performed reliably and time efficiently. Parallel sample processing with the Robotic Sample Processor XL is very easy. While the pipetted sample volume is being titrated at one of the two external work stations (optional), the pH and conductivity of the waiting samples can be determined or the next sample can be prepared, for example.

Depending on your needs, you can control the Robotic Sample Processor XL either with the Touch Control unit or by means of a PC with the titration software tiamo™ or the chromatography software MagIC Net™. The provided method examples assist you in easily creating your own titration methods.

The wide range of applications means that racks, stirrers, cables, swing heads, titration heads and sample beakers need to be matched to the application and have therefore to be ordered separately.
