Warranty services from Metrohm

Outstanding warranty periods

The uncompromising quality of our products allows us to offer warranty services that are much above the usual standards. We offer the following warranty periods for Metrohm instruments, spare parts, suppressors and software products:


Metrohm AG offers a 3 year instrument warranty on all of its devices. The sole condition is that the servicing and maintenance of the devices shall be carried out by local Metrohm representatives authorized by Metrohm AG and that original Metrohm spare parts shall be used. This warranty applies to all Metrohm devices which have been shipped by Metrohm AG, Switzerland since 1 January 2007.		Metrohm AG offers a warranty period of 10 years for the Metrohm Suppressor Module "MSM II". This warranty applies to all Metrohm Suppressor Modules "MSM II" which have been shipped by Metrohm AG, Switzerland since 1 January 2007.



Metrohm AG guarantees a 10 year spare parts availability for all spare parts. This warranty ends 10 years after the product has been withdrawn from the market.		In addition to the 100%-reverse- compatibility from release to release, and the free-of-charge patches for minor releases, Metrohm AG also offers extended user support which applies for 5 years after the sales period of the PC software. This support warranty ends 5 years after the PC software has been withdrawn from the market.
